All donations must first be arranged with us using our Contact Page.
There are two options. We will buy large bags of donations or when donating, we issue you a 50% off store coupon. When purchasing bags, please read below for what we are looking for. All bags are different so prices we pay will vary. Most bags we purchase, we end up only being able to use 25% of the bag for sale on the site due to stains, smells etc.
Items must be free of stains, no missing parts (buttons,zippers etc), free of smells such as cigarette smoke. Please make sure items are freshly laundered.
Any donations that are mailed to us must be sent standard shipping. We will only credit accounts for standard shipping, we do not pay for express. We will not pay for shipping of donations if you live in our pick-up area and we can arrange pick-up.
We are located in Kelowna, British Columbia. We will arrange pick-ups of donations in Kelowna, Peachland, Summerland, Penticton, Vernon, Falkland, Kamloops, Chase, Armstrong, Enderby and Salmon Arm. All small towns in between.
We accept clothing, accessories (scarves, hats, gloves, mitts, belts, shawls, sunglasses, makeup bags etc), shoes, boots, maternity clothing, handbags, wallets, diaper bags, backpacks. Swimwear, swimwear cover-ups. Cosmetic items that are sealed. We accept mens clothing as well. Check our categories on site to determine if we sell your items or just ask.
We don't accept uniforms, underwear, wedding dresses, items that contain language not appropriate for a family audience, toys, books , non clothing or accessory items, tablet or phone cases, hair accessories. Expensive jewelry (all jewelry is priced and sold as costume jewelry only)
We do not accept infant or children's clothing or accessories.
